How to Get to Brno

1. To Brno by air

There are direct flights to Brno from London Stansted or Milan Bergamo – see flight schedule Prague and Vienna can be reached from all European capitals by scheduled flights.

FROM PRAGUE BY BUS OR TRAIN

There are several bus companies operating buses from Prague to Brno, e.g. RegioJet (directly from the airport), or Flixbus, Eurolines etc. (from the bus station Florenc). Buses to Brno go daily in approximately 30 minute intervals. The journey takes 2.5 hours. You can also travel by train from Prague Main Train Station with České dráhy company (www.cd.cz) or RegioJet Company (www.regiojet.cz). Trains leave twice an hour, the journey takes 3 hours.

FROM VIENNA BY BUS OR TRAIN

There are buses operated by RegioJet, FlixBus or Gepard Express going directly from Vienna Airport to Brno in approx. 2 hours. If you wish to go by train, take RegioJet directly to Brno or ÖBB Railjet train to Vienna central station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) and then the Railjet train to Brno, which leaves every 2 hours.

3. To Brno by bus

Bus – regular services from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Poland and France.

4. To Brno by train

By InterCity or EuroCity trains from Italy, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.
